OVERVIEW:
The Fight Company is an e-commerce brand operating with complex stock logic across multiple warehouses and internal systems. Our work focused on conversion optimization, operational efficiency, and custom Shopify app development.
The project included:
- CRO audit and targeted optimizations, where we identified the most critical friction points in the shopping experience and improved them based on data, not assumptions.
- A/B testing of key hypotheses, validating UX and funnel changes before rolling them out across the store.
- A custom Shopify app for warehouse-based availability, dynamically displaying the purchase button depending on which warehouse has stock available — preventing failed purchase attempts and customer frustration.
- A custom stock synchronization app, connecting Shopify with the client’s internal inventory system that has no native Shopify integration.
- Automation of stock management, eliminating the need for manual daily stock checks and significantly reducing operational overhead.
STREAMLINED SHOPPING:
We implemented an automated stock management system that removes the need for manual daily checks, providing real-time inventory updates across all products. This functionality ensures precise stock tracking, reduces operational overhead, and improves order reliability.
