OVERVIEW:

Utlandia is a website for a residential complex focused on clear project presentation, intuitive navigation, and a seamless path to booking a viewing. The main goal is not direct sales, but effectively showcasing the property and simplifying the apartment selection process.

The project included:

UX structure and navigation, where we designed a logical user flow from general project information to apartment selection. Key sections (about the project, architecture, location, apartments) are easy to access and structured for quick understanding.
Interactive apartment selection, implemented as a visual selector with floor plans. Users can browse available options, apply filters, and quickly find a suitable apartment without friction.
Visual-first presentation, with a strong focus on renders and gallery content. Large imagery and clean layouts help communicate the atmosphere and quality of the residential complex.
Clear communication of key benefits, such as location, quiet surroundings, and infrastructure — all presented in scannable sections without overwhelming the user.
Lead generation elements, including persistent contact options like sticky buttons and visible phone numbers, minimizing the effort required to book a viewing.
Mobile optimization and usability, ensuring the experience is smooth and intuitive across all devices, especially for users browsing and contacting on mobile.

Apartment selection system:

A custom apartment listing and filtering system was built to simplify property discovery and selection. It combines multiple parameters—such as floor, section, number of rooms, size, and configuration—into a single, intuitive interface, allowing users to quickly narrow down available options.

The system dynamically updates results based on selected filters, displaying relevant layouts with key details like area and plan previews in real time.

The implementation focuses on clarity and usability, transforming complex real estate data into a structured, easy-to-navigate interface that guides users from exploration to decision-making.

The website features a clear and intuitive navigation menu, allowing users to effortlessly explore key sections and quickly find relevant information, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly browsing experience.
